    Besides holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK, he also holds an MBA from the Postgraduate Institute of Management and is a certified Management Accountant of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants, Australia.
    At GlaxoSmithKline Sri Lanka, Senaka had held both Head of Sales and Head of Marketing positions for over a decade, overlooking Sri Lanka and Maldives.
    Further, he was also a certified trainer of the GlaxoSmithKline Academy, in the areas of brand planning, sales training & commercial excellence, coaching & mentoring, sales leadership excellence and high performance behaviors. He has also been part of the Leadership Development Program conducted by INSEAD Business School which is one of the world’s leading and largest business schools in Asia and Europe.
