Dinithi Pandithage is a seasoned academic professional with a robust background in Computer Systems Engineering and Information Technology. As a Lecturer at the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT), she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to fostering a dynamic learning environment within the Department of Computer Systems Engineering.
Her versatility is further highlighted through her role as a Visiting Lecturer at the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) in Sri Lanka and Dinithi's expertise extends beyond SLIIT, as she has also served as an Instructor at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in the Department of Computer Engineering. Notably, Dinithi has contributed significantly to academia by being a member of the module curriculum development team for the "IT for Marketing" module in the Faculty of Management Studies at the Open University of Sri Lanka and also by being an External Research supervisor at the same Faculty.
Currently pursuing an MPhil in Engineering, Dinithi holds a BSc. (Hons) in Computer Engineering and has augmented her technical expertise with a Certificate Course in Human Resource Management.
As a female athlete, she earned prestigious recognition as a University Badminton team member and Colors holder in 2017, showcasing her exceptional skills on the court. Her sporting prowess extended beyond national borders when she participated in an Inter- University tournament held in Delhi, India, further solidifying her standing as a competitive athlete. Notably, she was honored as a National Schools' Colors holder for Badminton in 2014, illustrating her early dominance in the sport. A testament to her leadership capabilities, she served as the Deputy Head Prefect of Sirimavo Bandaranaike Vidyalaya, Colombo 07, in 2015, where she undoubtedly left an indelible mark. Beyond her achievements in Badminton and leadership roles, she represented Sri Lanka at the "OUE – Singapore International Series" in 2014 as a part of the Sri Lanka Schools' team.
